Giddy now, but since covid had lost confidence in going out and suffered with anxiety

Harmonic Egg Newcastle - I recently visited Harmonic egg with my mother-in-law who, since covid, has lost confidence in going out and suffers with anxiety.

Upon arrival Claire was very welcoming and made us feel at ease immediately. Firstly, explaining what the buildings history was, Claire then explained the process to my mother-in-law who I must say was very sceptical and apprehensive about her appointment.

She spent 40 mins in the Egg and in the words of Claire, my mother-in-law came out like a giddy school girl. She felt relaxed, rejuvenated and very calm. Claire then went onto explain the after-effects and what can be expected. Claire was professional and very calming throughout the experience and not only will my mother in law will be revisiting, I will be making an appointment with her.
