Today, I get to experience my third harmonic egg session. This has been transformational for me. I recently left a difficult relationship. My husband has mental health issues which got so bad I feared for my physical safety. The gaslighting and rages had me second guessing myself, but I realized I wasn't safe. Luckily, a friend insisted I take her appointment and, after one session I felt completely at peace, centered and calm. I was able to move out of my home with ease. To me, this experience was life changing. I'm currently working on healing trauma and remaining present, thanks to the harmonic egg and my meditation practice.
