I slept so much better in the week following the session!

Harmonic Egg Newcastle - I had my first session in the Harmonic Egg last week and can honestly say that I've never experienced anything like this... From start to finish, the whole thing was just lush!

Claire is very welcoming and calming and explained the whole process thoroughly.. The surroundings are beautiful, calm and original and the egg fits in with it's home perfectly.... The level of relaxation really was something indescribable! I came out of the egg feeling very floaty and relaxed.. I have slept so much better in the almost week following my first session and I feel that you really do have to try it for yourself, as every experience will be so different!
