Sleeping Soundly
I have had two Harmonic Egg sessions and found both to be deeply relaxing. I was curious to see if it would affect my sleep quality (an ongoing issue) and discussed this with Sandy at the start of the sessions. For several days after, I was able to sleep soundly and solidly for a good 4 hours (unusual for me), then peacefully until morning, waking rested and calm. What I appreciated most was the brief consultation before and after, and the insights that carried forward into my everyday life. The Harmonic Egg session combined with Sandy's professional and mindful coaching skills make this wellness practice exceptional.
