My personal experience was amazing

Harmonic Egg Newcastle - Just had my first experience in the Harmonic Egg and it certainly won’t be my last! Claire was extremely welcoming from the start of the session, explaining exactly how the egg works, the ways it can help improve the individual both in mind and body. Then Claire listened and gained an understanding as to what exactly I wanted to achieve from the session.

The egg itself is a very comfortable, warm and relaxing space, I could have lay there all day! My personal experience was amazing, I was able to feel a sense of calm, peace and relaxation that I haven’t felt in such a long time. Everyone’s experience is unique but I personally can’t recommend The Harmonic Egg highly enough. Give it a go 🙌🏻
