Refreshed and Renewed

What can I NOT say about Mind & Body Harmonics in Maui! The experience begins when you walk into the place and allow yourself to be engulfed in the relaxing atmosphere of the place. I can only describe it as clean and harmonious energy. Sandy, the owner, welcomes you with warmth and an open disposition! She asks specific questions to understand your needs in order to customize your experience in the "healing egg". Ok. That is how I am calling it. Once in the device, you can relax and enjoy the lights, music and atmosphere created just for you! I was very specific on my needs and intentions and felt that I was able to receive the full benefit from these sessions.  I did two sessions while on vacation there! Both times, I walked away refreshed and renewed...and in many ways with a sense of healing! Sandy also offers coaching sessions (She is a certified life and energy coach!)  to allow you to debrief the experience to make the most of it! There is also a refreshing drink to help you hydrate after the session. Not only that, weeks after my return home, I am still reaping the benefits received from these 2 sessions! I highly recommend visiting Mind and Body Harmonics as a local, or during your vacation to Maui! Note: You can have the sessions 1 week apart so plan accordingly!
