Harmonic Egg Newcastle - The egg is amazing! I try to have weekly sessions, and it just helps me to feel more chilled and in balance. Claire is one of the nicest, down to earth people you could meet. She always makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She creates a safe, non judgmental environment. She deserves a medal for listening to all my dramas, too 😆.
