Mental, Emotional, and Physical Upgrade

I do feel better. My spine feels straightened, elongated, less compressed, as well as my neck, + my jaw had felt like I was grinding my teeth, the reset seemed to lift and relax my jaw alignment. Maybe to do with the vegas nerve..?

I feel my digestion has improved - though that could be all the water too : )

For the 1st time in nearly 7 years, much of my brain fog is lifted; and I feel less anxious. Caught myself even giggling out loud a couple times. My grief feels less all-consuming. Also felt some interesting residual vibrations, sounds, even 3rd eye light sensations. Hard to put it all in words, and the subtle underlying effects. Yet it is evident, the system brings benefits!

In addition, my eyes have less soreness, less inflammation all over my body, including sinuses.. the reset has detoxifying benefits. Fatigue seems more in check, more energy. Not sure best way to explain - may be the sense of decompression.. it feels as though nerves in my arms were unwinding, little electric impulses.

I suspect ripples of this system extend further than I may fully realize.
I have more work to do, and I will be back for more sessions with Michelle at Vitality Room. Definitely amazing effects!
