Emotional Release Lightness

Everyone’s experience is going to be different. My experience lead me to an uncovering of emotional layers and a sense of calmness. I enjoyed feeling of lightness and relaxation after the session and over the following days. It is nice that the egg can address the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of individual healing with gratitude.
