Such a peaceful place to be and gave me time to think with a clear mind

Harmonic Egg Newcastle - A beautiful peaceful experience! The harmonic egg is set in the heart of Newcastle inside a very charismatic building, I was met at the door by Claire and immediately made to feel at home. We chatted about “the egg”, what can be expected, and what I wanted to gain from the experience. Claire’s knowledge and enthusiasm is contagious, it was like talking to an old friend. Once inside the egg it was very comfortable and the sounds coming through the speakers were amazing.

For the first 15 minutes it was relaxing and felt nice but nothing more, however it wasn't long before I was drifting between consciousness and sleep with a big smile on my face. It is such a peaceful place to be and gave me time to think with a clear mind. Once the time was up in the egg I spoke with Claire about the experience. I could have sat there for hours… next time I need to take the rest of the day off!
