Harmonic Egg Newcastle

Ok… so I was lucky enough to come to the Harmonic Egg last Friday. My intention was to post a review straight away but by the time I floated home, forgot my shopping at the checkout at Aldi, I was smack bang in the middle of the usual busy mum lifestyle. So I thought I’d wait a week and then review.

The other lovely people have covered how amazing Claire is, how she instantly creates calm when you chat to her. The experience itself was unreal, the lights, the vibrations, the sounds I felt put me to sleep within minutes and I gradually awoke within the last 10 minutes of silence feeling relaxed and totally chilled. For me, I wanted to explain how I’ve felt over the last week. As a mother of two boys, hectic job and an additional business to run, I am usually running around like a headless chicken. Getting frustrated with the boys in the morning, getting wound up by work and feeling exhausted at the end of each day. This week I can only describe it as having an inner calm. My usual frustrations haven’t bothered me, I have been more relaxed when things have got tough and I feel far more in control.

Now maybe at my old age I’ve just learned to cope better, but I highly doubt that. I will certainly be back for more sessions. Thank you Claire x
