Harmonic Egg Newcastle - Claire was amazing with me thank you! I went in with an open mind and studying clinical psychology I wasn’t actually expecting anything, but the hour was incredible! Even though I didn’t realise, we had chatted for an hour before hand! The egg gave me a chance to actually meditate without trying and felt like my anxiety and stress really had lifted!
