A Sense of Calm and Connection Through Grief

Sorry it took me so long to respond .
I really enjoyed my time and February was a much better month than January!
The harmonic egg was a peaceful experience for me. I felt I was being held gently and rocked. The music & light brought a sense of calm and connection. When I heard the ocean sounds it struck me
Brian loved the ocean and grief, like the waves will come and go. I am prepared to carry this for I would NOT change a thing about our beautiful love 🤍🪽
